How Does It Work? (Test Principle)

The test is a rapid immunochromatographic assay that uses highly specific monoclonal antibodies. These antibodies capture the LH present in your urine. If the LH concentration is high enough (the peak), the reaction forms an intensely colored line in the test zone (T).

How to Interpret the Result? (At 3-5 minutes)

• POSITIVE (LH Surge Detected): TWO colored lines appear . The test line (T) is equal to or darker than the control line (C). This means your LH surge has been detected and ovulation is expected within the next 24-36 hours . This is your most fertile time!

• NEGATIVE (LH Surge Not Detected): Two lines appear, but the test line (T) is lighter than the control line (C), or only the control line (C) appears. This means the LH surge has not yet occurred. Continue testing in the following days.

• INVALID: If NO LINE appears or if the control line (C) is not visible , the test did not work. You must repeat it with a new device.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Use

1. Plan: Start testing a few days before your expected ovulation date (usually mid-cycle). Use one test per day, at the same time.

2. Collect:

   • Direct Method (Midstream): Remove the cap. Hold the test by the handle and place the absorbent tip directly under the urine stream for 15 seconds .

   • Immersion Method: Collect urine in a clean, dry container. Dip the absorbent tip into the urine for 15 seconds .

3. Wait: Replace the cap and place the test on a flat surface with the results window facing up.

4. To read: Wait 3 to 5 minutes and read the result. Do not interpret after 10 minutes.

Tip: Reduce your fluid intake 2 hours before the test to avoid diluting your urine and obtain a more accurate result.
